Free Running is Back
Are you looking for a new way to keep fit? Or would you like to learn how to perform some of the moves you’ve seen in films and music videos? If the answer is yes, then our Free Running sessions could be for you.
Free Running is best described as urban acrobatics where runners use obstacles to perform gymnastic movements. Our sessions are run by a qualified instructor, using gymnastic equipment in our sports hall – providing a safe environment to practice the sport.
The sessions start back from their summer break on Tuesday 7 September and will be running every week during term time. A beginner’s session runs 7.45pm to 8.30pm which is followed by an advanced session running from 8.30pm to 9.15pm.
The cost is £3 per person and the sessions are for ages 10 years and above. Parents/Guardians of under 18s must complete a consent and disclaimer form before the child can take part.
Please note that numbers for the sessions are limited due to health and safety reasons. Therefore we operate on a first come, first served basis. Sessions can be paid for 15 minutes before the starting time.
