Adult Activities
We have a packed weekly programme which is full of activities for adults of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
If you want to relax and unwind then you might be interested in our weekly Tai-Chi session or our Yoga and Pilates classes might be for you.
Or if you want to keep fit with a more high energy session then we have a variety of classes available, from Body Blitz and Core Conditioning to Low Impact Aerobics and Belly Dance classes.
We also have a number of martial arts and self defence sessions including Rising Sun Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga and Wing Chun.
