New Mindfulness Stress-reduction Course

Starting in January 2012 we will hosting a new mindfulness course.

Mindfulness is a way of living which can help people respond skilfully in stressful situations. It seeks to keep worry and low mood at bay while also increasing enjoyment of life.

During the course participants will learn a set of skills to work with stress and life challenges. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to increase their physical and mental resilience as well as their coping abilities.

The course will run for eight weeks, starting on Wednesday 11 January 2012 and finishing on Wednesday 29 February 2012. Each weekly session will run from 7pm to 9pm.

There will also be an all day retreat on Saturday 25 February from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
