Health and Fitness
We want to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get active and improve their health and fitness levels.
We have a range of sports and leisure facilities which are available to hire and we have a variety of classes to try, from tai chi and yoga to belly dancing and martial arts – so there really is something for everyone! And, as part of North Somerset Council’s Leisure service, we support the Go4Life strategy which was launched in July 2007.
